Pierre Quiriny

Pierre Quiriny (Be) was born in Brussels in 1983. He won the Dexia competition in 2001; he joined the percussion class directed by Louison Renault at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels . He got, in 2007, his degree in percussion with a high distinction. He plays regulary in several orchestras, among others: Naitonal Orchestra of Belgium and Symphonic Orchestra of La Monnaie, and music workshops with Ensemble Musiques Nouvelles or the group H2O. He played in France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Turky. Open to different music styles, Pierre is also a member of Oxymore which won the first prize of the Biennale de la Chanson Française 2008. He also gives percussion classes at Academy of Forest and Jette (Brussels).
