Saâdane Afif (Fr) was born in 1970 and lives in Berlin. His artistic practice is multiple: sculptures, paintings, installations and songs which he commissioned to writers and musicians. He works on the notions of contrasts and moving. His works have multiple meanings and function by collusion. He uses objects, models, installations, sounds and texts to classify the unclassified and to think on the work itself, the dialogue between the spectator and the artist. This dialogue is continuously fed by various allusions and by historical, psychological, social and cultural elements.
