- Sébastien Walnier (Be) is a solo cello player at the orchester of Royal Theatre of La Monnaie (Brussels). He teaches the cello at IMEP (Namur, Belgium). Sébastien Walnier started to play the cello when he was young with Laurent Chantraine; he won the 1st prize of the Royal Conservatory of Liège (Belgium) at 13 year old; he got his degrees for the cello (with Maryse Douin) and chamber music (with Cécile Evrard) 4 years later. He taught chamber music there from 2001 to 2008. He is a member of Ensemble Musiques Nouvelles (Mons-Belgium).
