0 is a musical collective, that will be represented at City Sonic 2011 by Sylvain Chauveau, French composer who has released records on labels as Type, FatCat, or les Disques du Soleil et de l’Acier. His music, using often piano, ultra minimal electronic and singing and integrate silence and echoes. He has performed in Europe, Asia and North America. For the Sonic Archipel event, he will play with Maxime Lê Hùng (member of Hoquets, an energetic Belgian trio produced by Crammed Discs, label manager of Matamore) and Rainier Lericolais (Optical Sound, Brocoli) French musician and visual composer artist (together they recently release the single "the Absence), collaborator of English composer Simon Fisher Turner.
